Role overview
We're looking for a Customer Support & Success Associate to be the primary point of contact for our growing base of SME clients. You'll ensure every customer has a smooth experience, from their first login to receiving their completed ESG report.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone within 24 hours
Guide customers through the data collection and assessment process
Troubleshoot technical issues
Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts
Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring they see value quickly
Requirements
1-3 years experience in customer support, account management, or a client-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Comfortable with basic technology and learning new software
Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
Interest in sustainability is a plus, but not required
We're seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new customer acquisition. You'll identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and guide them toward QuickESG as the solution to their ESG reporting needs.
Key responsibilities
Identify and research potential SME clients in target industries (manufacturing, construction, professional services)
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Qualify leads and book discovery calls/demos for the sales team
Build and nurture relationships with industry associations and potential channel partners
Represent QuickESG at industry events, webinars, and online forums
Requirements
1-3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication skills in English
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
Interest in sustainability and ESG is a strong plus
